The second part of the August issue of the site news is a summary of site visits by 39 people from Korean media (TV and newspapers) to the Karatsu research slope of the Japan-Korea Tunnel.
From the reporter
"The Japan-Korea tunnel plan that we have been hearing about seems to be too biased toward Japan and the United States for pro-China people in South Korea."
"Only Japan will benefit from the Japan-Korea tunnel, and Busan Port will suffer a loss."
"Rather than digging a tunnel with an excavating machine, why not use an immersed tunnel construction method?"
There were some specific questions. I felt that there was a deep interest in the Japan-Korea tunnel in South Korea as well.
