A 12-person inspection team visits Tsushima despite the COVID-19 pandemic - November Field Report

The November issue of Field Report summarizes the situation in Tsushima since Typhoons No. 9 and No. 10, as well as the activities of the inspection team.

A week after the typhoon passed, the cherry blossoms began to bloom again, and the cherries and Japanese holly also began to bloom.

 

A delegation from Aichi Prefecture commented,
"We had seen pictures, but the Karatsu Inclined Shaft was even more impressive than we imagined."

"I feel it is significant that this tunnel will connect the friendship between Japan and Korea at the site where Toyotomi Hideyoshi dispatched troops to Korea 400 years ago."
