The " Tottori Prefectural Council for the Promotion of the Japan-Korea Tunnel 4th Anniversary Meeting," commemorating the 50th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and South Korea, was held on the afternoon of the 24th at the Tottori City Cultural Hall Grand Hall in Tottori City. In the commemorative lecture, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Ambassador to Ukraine and Syria), Kichijiro Amae, and Yoshiaki Kinoshita, Chairman of the Sekai Nippo , spoke about the role and importance of the Japan-Korea Tunnel for peace and prosperity in Asia
