Therefore, I would like to present five measures to you in order to improve the relationship between Korea and Japan.
The first is the activation of exchanges.

I have lived in Korea for about a year, so I can understand the feelings of Korean people. We Japanese tend to think, "Why can Koreans not be future-oriented by letting the past go into the water? We are particular about the past."
From the standpoint of admitting the fact that the Japanese ruled the colony as a fact, the Japanese are the perpetrators from the perspective of South Korea.Koreans are victims.The difference between the positions of the victim and the perpetrator is difficult for the Japanese to understand.
