8. New power for the road to peace and global environmental system design!!

- Sensibility of synchronicity in a group of women -

In order to design a global environmental system centered on energy, the idea is to build a Japan-Korea tunnel, but since it will be a 100-year plan, we need people who have ``purity'' and ``the power to continue for a long time.'' should do the work. No matter what you do, you must first have the ``innocence'' of a child. It is a group of young people who are satisfied with these projects. In order for group synchronicity and empathy to work more easily, we must create the same foundations that existed in the era of ``middle classization of all citizens.'' Today's young people have the same or even better volunteer spirit than young people in other countries, so the first thing to do is to gain inspiration and sympathy from young people. Also, I think it is essential for women to fully demonstrate their "long-lasting power," "love of beauty," "not going to war," and their "acute senses" and "delicate sensibilities." I believe.

8.1 Women's ``power to last for a long time'' and ``not to go to war'' sensibility will help them complete the ``big job.''

I feel that women become stronger when the time comes. At the request of a women's group in Nagasaki, I have been working together with them for 15 years as the executive chairman of an association to build a school in Guinea-Bissau (a small country of about 1.2 million people in the westernmost tip of Africa). The school's construction philosophy is based on the concept of ``creating an autonomous decentralized control society,'' with no economic support activities at all, and instead focusing on education, culture, and activities.

The elementary school was completed in the 6th year, and the junior high school was completed in the 11th year, and the contents are still being improved. Although it is a small school that costs 3.5 million yen, the children are overjoyed as the situation has improved from the previous situation where classes could not be held due to heavy mushroom rain. After all, this is a country where the cost of living is $1 a day, so you can build a school for just 3.5 million yen. I have heard that there are some graduates who have gone on to university several times.

Instead of collecting donations from the OECD and the prefecture and sending money through public institutions, women went to the site themselves, scouted the land, selected and negotiated, and even selected the carpenters and plasterers to build the project. It was. This fund comes from the actual profits and gratuities that each member and volunteer of the Women's Federation for World Peace sells tickets worth 1,000 yen to charity concerts, film screenings, lectures, etc. In this way, Ms. Kikuyo Baba actually built a school locally.

My role in this support activity is to propose ``methodology'' when creating something new, and to answer economic and technical issues in response to the ``please tell me something'' that is always requested at the beginning of a meeting. It is a matter of comparing it with the situation in the world. Specifically, we break down the vague big proposition of ``building a school in a small African country'' into medium-sized, small-sized, and individual tasks. It is said.) to do. Once you've done that, all you have to do is divide up the roles of individuals and plan and execute their schedules. Checkpoints (review committees) will be set up midway to check progress. This will be compiled into an A4 size (for example, Figure 8.1) and will be used as a comprehensive implementation plan diagram.

Figure 8.1 2016 Japan-Korea Tunnel Nagasaki Council Comprehensive Implementation Plan Diagram (Kawaguchi 2016)

In other words, it is a process control diagram for new development in a company. When I first taught them this, by the second year they were already finding their own themes and asking, ``Is this the right one?'' Even the employees of the company are at a loss. After that, if you continue to talk about a certain topic for 15 years, you will already have a ``foundation for thinking'' and will develop the ability to take on any challenge and the ability to come up with ideas. Women have this kind of "persistent power and mental strength." When this is achieved in a group, it develops into "collective intelligence" and then "group synchrony." Women's ``delicate sensibilities'' take this seriously.

Let's consider the origins of such "emergence".

8.2 You are immersed in a sense of security as if wearing a cloak - the sensibilities of film director Doris Delier (Germany)

Collective synchrony, or how to move within a group, was, in a sense, a philosophical question for Doris Delier. This is because the crowds you see on the streets of Tokyo look completely different.

Perhaps this is what motivates us to feel this, and what I started talking about was the expression in the play ``A School of Black Fish.'' I asked him to try expressing himself, but it didn't seem to go well. It is difficult to grasp the relationship between individual and group behavior, and it is not difficult to imagine who is in charge of determining the overall movement. They are an ethnic group that exhibits large group synchrony, and there is a very clear "group synchrony." After all, in the first place, you may need some sort of ``sensitivity'' ``fluctuation'' or ``inspiration'' to motivate you...

But she says people walking around Tokyo are a naturally harmonious group This points out its synchronicity with the ``flow of groups at Shibuya's multiple intersections,'' which often appears in the Tokyo TV video ``Why are you going to Japan?'' This is similar to saying, "I came to soak in the water."

This ``realization and discovery'' gives extremely impulsive suggestions regarding ``human sensibility'' and ``its expression.'' At first, she didn't seem to have the courage to get into the quiet, flowing movements. In order to avoid colliding with others, she must be able to sense the presence of a group, even unconsciously. However, once she slips into the group, she becomes ``like she has taken on her cloak, and her form disappears.'' "I felt like I was immersed in a sense of security." What an expression of "delicate sensibility"! I feel like I can understand why Emmanuel Todd says that ``Japan and Germany are the only countries that still have a sense of community.''

German women's ``acute senses'' continue.

8.3 “Mono no aware” and “group synchrony”, and differences in information processing in the brains of men and women

It is said that Doris Delier went to a hot spring resort in the mountains of Tohoku, stayed the night there, and went to the communal bath. Since I was in her mother's position at that time, she seemed to have had the opportunity to meet many Japanese women. She was able to fit into a ``group, group'' of women.

What was ``so moving to the point of shaking my heart'' during this experience in Japan was that no matter what the people did, they were methodical, detailed, and polite in their actions. His ``concern'' is evident over even the smallest task, and his attitude of not neglecting things without discrimination can be sensed.

``I am convinced that Japanese people are masters when it comes to treating even the smallest things divinely, like caressing them.'' At the same time, he said, ``I began to think that this was an expression of the idea of ``the awareness of things'' that I had been hearing for some time.I was discovering love and joy in things that are fleeting and changeable.''

In response to a reporter's question, ``Can Germans also understand ``mono-aware''?'', he answered, ``German and Japanese cultures have something in common: orderly thinking, romanticism, and irrationalism.'' In my interpretation, ``mono aware'' occurs when these three elements collide. Although their sensibilities are not as developed as those of the Japanese, I think the Germans will be able to accept them."

For the author, who feels that when different pieces of information collide, collective synchronized information (inventions, discoveries) is born, this woman's work made me realize that this is also shared in the emotional world. I think ``body knowledge'' is very sharp. I am confident that the ability to see connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, ``sensitivity,'' will lead to success in whatever endeavors we undertake.

(1) Results of recent brain research on differences in brain function between men and women

To what extent are the behavioral differences between men and women innate? Regarding the relationship between brain function and behavior, there is not much difference in the results of various experiments. Differences seem to be determined by ``how they adapt to the environment,'' where and how they were raised. It is not recognized that there is a difference between mathematical brains and specialized brains. It is determined by something acquired.

Have the performers speak the words and guess their emotions. It is said that women have the ability to read emotions, while men have the ability to recognize spatial information such as maps. Boys prefer things with cars. Girls naturally choose things like rabbits and dolls.

Interestingly, the monkey is presented with many toys and given a choice. When tested to see how long they would play with it, the female chose the doll. I'm not interested in trucks. Males show interest in trucks. Don't touch the doll. This is similar to humans, but the reason for this is that females carry their children in the womb for nearly a year and have a long time to raise their children, so this is probably due to their genetic nature. Male brains love to disassemble and destroy things, and are also good at systematization, and this is said to be influenced by the hormone esterone. Furthermore, although this may be a stereotype, men have the ability to concentrate and make decisions. But women have the ability to do many things at the same time In the brains of men and women up to the age of 22, women have many circuits that connect the left and right hemispheres. It seems that the male brain has developed a network that connects what they see with their actions.

(2) Last thing I want to say

Judging from these facts, the differences between men and women can be seen not as differences in behavior, but as differences in emotions and feelings. In short, women have a better ``sensitivity'' to create something soft, such as movement or something spiritual Even when we look at The Tale of Genji and the Pillow Book, we can nod at this idea. Figure 8.2 shows the ability of human beings to create, regardless of gender. In order to increase brain activity and increase learning effectiveness, it is important to use the emotional system (amygdala) to quickly judge input information as ``valuable . In response to this impression, the logical information processing system primarily considers the means and motivation, makes a comprehensive judgment, and takes action. In other words, they autonomously discover their purpose and take action on their own . This process is repeated until the "optimal design" is achieved.

As mentioned above, it can be seen that what will lead to the successful implementation of the ``100-year plan'' is the ability of ``young people'' and ``women'' that men do not have. That is women's ability not to wage war. In other words, even in the face of extinction, women still have a life because of their unique character, or emotional skills.
