The August issue of Field Report summarizes the visit of 30 children of North Korean defectors to inspect the Japan-Korea Tunnel.
They are receiving scholarships from the Hyojeong World Peace Foundation, which was established by Ms. Hak Ja Han, wife of the late Reverend Sun Myung Moon, who advocated for the Japan-Korea Tunnel. Their first visit to Japan was also made possible through the planning of the Hyojeong World Peace Foundation.
