Jim Rogers' lecture in Fukuoka was featured in Sekai Nippo

On September 16th, Jim Rogers, a well-known American investor, gave a lecture titled "Prospects for the East Asian and Japanese Economies and the Direction of Kyushu" at a hotel in Fukuoka City.

Regarding the Japan-Korea tunnel plan, he argued that "if the 38th parallel disappears, freedom of movement will arise on the Korean Peninsula. At that time, the Japan-Korea tunnel will become extremely important, because it will connect Japan to Russia and China through the Korean Peninsula."

He also emphasized in an interview with the Sekai Nippo newspaper, "The tunnel will connect Japan and South Korea economically and personally. This is a wonderful thing."

When the Japan-Korea Tunnel was completed, he said he dreamed of taking his children on a road trip from Tokyo to London through the tunnel.
