An attempt to hold a systematic and in-depth public debate on the issue of building an undersea tunnel between Korea and Japan is beginning in Busan.
On the 18th, the Busan Thursday Academic Society and Global Forum announced that they will hold the first Korea-Japan Tunnel Roundtable on the 26th at the Busan City Council Conference Room to discuss the issue of building an undersea tunnel between Korea and Japan. At the roundtable, Seo Eui-taek, co-chair of the Korea-Japan Tunnel Research Association, will give a presentation on the topic of "Discussions and Issues Concerning the Korea-Japan Undersea Tunnel," followed by a discussion among attendees.
