The Nishinippon Shimbun interviews Jim Rogers, revealing his views on the global economy and Japan-Korea relations

An interview with Jim Rogers was published in the September 18th edition of The Nishinippon Shimbun.

In the interview, he shared his views on the future of the global economy, the Japan-Korea Tunnel, and the potential of Kyushu.

 

Regarding the global economy,
he said, "China also has a large debt load, and if the next crisis occurs, it will be on a scale we have never experienced in our lifetimes. Friction between the United States and China is one of the concerns."

 

Regarding Japan-Korea relations, he said
, "For example, it would be good if both sides worked together to advance a plan like a tunnel connecting Japan and Korea."

 

Regarding Kyushu's potential, he
, "Agriculture is the sector I am most optimistic about in the global economy."
