Aiming for peace in Asia: Study session on the Japan-Korea Tunnel in Kumamoto

On November 30, 2019, TKU Television Kumamoto's Live News Days aired the contents of the Japan-Korea Tunnel Kumamoto Study Group

"Aiming for Peace in Asia - Study Group on the Japan-Korea Tunnel in Kumamoto"

A study session was held in Kumamoto City by the Kumamoto Prefectural Council for the Promotion of a Japan-Korea Tunnel,
which aims to connect Japan and Korea through a tunnel. The session was held by the Kumamoto Prefectural Council for the Promotion of a Japan-Korea Tunnel, which aims to realize peace throughout Asia by connecting Japan and Korea through a tunnel.
Today, the study session was held with Yukitaka Ishii, the first chairman of JR Kyushu, as the guest speaker.

Mr. Ishii gave a lecture on the Kyushu Shinkansen and the Asia Strait Tunnel.
He spoke about the advantages of building a Japan-Korea tunnel centered around Saga Airport.
The Kumamoto Prefectural Council for the Promotion of the Japan-Korea Tunnel will continue to take various measures to open the tunnel.
